Safety & Privacy​

  • Our programs might not suit children who require continuous 1-on-1 support. Please contact us if you have any concern before signing up.

​​

  • We do not accept family members or shadow teachers in the classroom to assist. Please make sure this is the right program for your child.​​​​​

​

  • Parents are responsible for pre-informing Tale Tinkers of any special conditions their child may have, and bringing necessary medications.​​​

​

  • If you missed the final class of the term, please remember to stop by and collect your artwork. We can only hold it for 2 weeks. If you need us to keep it a bit longer, please make sure to send us a quick email.

  • If you prefer your child not to be included in any program captures (photos, short films) for promotional materials, please let us know (via the checkout form, in person, or by email). Otherwise, permission will be presumed.

  • Tale Tinkers Art Studio reserves the right to stop service or cancel a student's enrollment if their behavior is overly disruptive during the class or any other program.​​

Refund & Make-up Class

​​

  • Booking & Confirmation
    Reservation: Your booking will only be confirmed and reserved once full payment is completed.

​

  • Absences & Make-Up Classes
    We do not offer refunds or credits for any programs missed due to personal reasons (such as illness) or inclement weather.

​

  • Make-Up sessions: To maintain program quality, make-up classes for personal absences are not guaranteed. However, under special circumstances, you may arrange a make-up lesson with the instructor after an assessment, provided availability permits.

  • Refund Policy  (Applicable to Term Classes Only)
    Refund or credit requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the course begins.

​

  • Processing Fee: A $15 processing fee will apply to all approved refunds or credits

​

  • Instructor Cancellations
    Full refunds or credits will be provided if the instructor cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances.

​​​

Registering to our course or service in any form, such as in-Person or online registration, will be considered as an Agreement to our service policies.
