Please ensure that the child is picked up within 10 minutes after the end of the program as our instructor may have to move to other studio or preparing for next the program.

If you prefer your child Not to be included in any program captures (photos, short films) for promotional materials, please let us know (notice at checkout form, in person or email) without noticing, permission will be presumed.

We cannot guarantee the benefits of our programs if a child has difficulty following the instructor due to any Unavoidable factors, such as untreated ADHD or too young.

Parents are responsible for pre-informing Tale Tinkers of any Special Conditions their child may have, and bringing necessary medications, such as asthma inhalers, epinephrine, etc., for potential emergencies.

Tale Tinkers Art Studio aims to maintain a safe environment at all times, although some activities may involve minor injury risks (scissors, hot glue guns, or paper cuts etc.)

Tale Tinkers Art Studio reserves the right to stop service or cancel a student's enrollment if their behavior is overly disruptive during the class or any program.
Refund & Make-up Class

To maintain the quality of the programs, we do Not Guarantee offering make-up classes for personal absences. Yet, you may arrange a make-up lesson with the instructor if circumstances permit, following an assessment.

Refunds are Only applicable to Term Classes and must be requested at least 48 hours before the course starts.
* an additional processing fee of $20 will be deducted.

In all other circumstances, Make-up classes or refunds can only be guaranteed if the organizer or instructor cancels the course due to any unforeseen reason(s).

The course booking will only be confirmed and reserved after payment is completed.

Please confirm the correct start date and number of courses before registering. Requiring changes to the session Quantity will have an additional processing fee of $20.
Registering to our course or service in any form, such as in-Person or online registration, will be considered as an Agreement to our service policies.
