Safety & Privacy​

• Please ensure that the child is picked up within 10 minutes after the end of the program as our instructor may have to move to other studio or preparing for next the program.

​

• If you prefer your child not to be included in any program captures (photos, short films) for promotional materials, please let us know (notice at checkout form, in person or email) without noticing, permission will be presumed.

​

• We cannot guarantee the benefits of our programs if a child has difficulty following the instructor due to any unavoidable factors, such as untreated ADHD or too young.

​

• Parents are responsible for pre-informing Tale Tinkers of any special conditions their child may have, and bringing necessary medications.​​

 

• Tale Tinkers Art Studio reserves the right to stop service or cancel a student's enrollment if their behavior is overly disruptive during the class or any other program.

Refund & Make-up Class

• To maintain the quality of the programs, we do not guarantee offering make-up classes for personal absences. Yet, you may arrange a make-up lesson with the instructor if circumstances permit, following an assessment.

* Please note that we can't offer a refund or credit for missed classes due to any personal reasons, such as illness or bad weather.

• Refunds are only applicable to Term Classes and must be requested at least 48 hours before the course begins. Once the first class of the term has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

         * an additional processing fee of $15 will be deducted.

• In all other circumstances, Make-up classes or refunds can only be guaranteed if our instructor cancels the class due to any unforeseen reason.​

 

• The booking will only be confirmed and reserved after payment is completed.

​​​

Registering to our course or service in any form, such as in-Person or online registration, will be considered as an Agreement to our service policies.
